Designing an Eco-friendly Oasis with Contemporary Flair
The Architect's vision was to seamlessly integrate the home into the landscape with a green roof, ensuring that it blends organically with its surroundings. The contemporary facade embodies modernity while allowing the home to coexist harmoniously with nature.
Key Features:
- Custom Rock Elements: Our Interior Design Team embraced the Architect's vision by incorporating a custom rock wall in the Powder Room and a rock tub in the primary bathroom. These natural elements further emphasize the home's integration with the landscape.
- Unique Spaces: The home boasts distinctive spaces, including a sunken library lounge, a full-sized indoor swimming pool with a barrel-vaulted ceiling and spa amenities, and a kitchen/living room with impressive 20' windows. Two 20' mechanized operable doors, meticulously crafted in Portugal, provide seamless access to the outdoor pool area.
- Natural Accents: The living room's oversized boulder hearth was sourced directly from the site, adding an authentic touch to the home's interior design.
- Sustainable Technology: Geothermal technology has been integrated into the home, making it energy-efficient and environmentally responsible. Floor heating in the main living space ensures cozy comfort during colder months.
- Highly Custom Millwork: Throughout the home, highly custom millwork has been meticulously crafted to elevate the interior's elegance and functionality.
- Bespoke Lighting Fixture: A stunning custom feature light fixture, designed and built in Italy, adds a captivating focal point to the foyer and stair areas.
- Crestron Smart Controls: Crestron controls have been installed for lighting, shades, and AV systems, allowing the clients to personalize and optimize their home experience effortlessly.
